Mike Barr matriculated from Paarl Boys High in 1979, Post Matric at Bishops in 1980 and completed his B.Sc. Building Management degree at UCT in 1985.
He has over 35 years’ experience in property development, credit management and property-related financial services. He is a Professional Practitioner in Real Estate (PPRE) (NQF 5).
Melinda Liebenberg
Market Centre Administrator (MCA)
Director
Melinda Liebenberg has 15 years of administration experience in property development, real estate sector and finance markets. She obtained her NQF 5 Qualification in 2023.
Dalinda Prinsloo
Productivity Coach (PC)
Dalinda Prinsloo has an honours degree in Human Resource Management and a master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. She has edited and co-authored multiple books on business and office management. She is an ETDP SETA Accredited Assessor and a professional property practitioner in Real Estate (NQF 5).
Ronell van der Merwe
Director of First Impressions (DFI)
Ronell has 25+ years’ experience in administration and office management in various industries. Ronell was an Executive Assistant at directors’ level and provided support to 30 staff members. As TC, she assists both Melinda Liebenberg (MCA) and Mike Bar (OP).
Martin Finsterbusch
Market Center Tech Trainer (MCTT)
Martin graduated from the University of Stellenbosch with a bachelors in Sports Science where he learnt how to build great relationships with people and clients.
He is a fully qualified property practitioner (PDE4). He loves technology and being the bridge between the technology we use and helping everyone achieve their best self and is the tech trainer for agents.
Sandy McKenzie

Sandy has 25+ years experience in real estate – FFC since 1997 and she is a Master Real Estate Agent (PDE5). She has managed a large rental portfolio, owned a successful real estate agency and was the business development officer for an international firm.
